30% of the way to the end so the consistency is going well, and i am happy with the way it has been working out so far. postmortem for tomorrow is just communication on availability, make it super super simple in what expectations are. i think the whole move is going super swimmingly and we will be in a good place with it. thinking of what a CRM looks like in terms of understanding an icp through the lens of ai, and what a product looks like like that. i do have experience with experimental designs that can really help with A/B/n tests and all the permutations you want to test to be able to get some increased revenue (only problem is its not currently solving a problem for me, so not a good candidate)
