when u r raw, best is to just completely rip it all away and stare at a blank wall for like 5 minutes. premortem: not finishing my consistency work and not finishing all of my email work (todo list is in the email). have been consistently doing it and i think the best thing with it is to keep those things under an hour a day and making sure that it feels great to actually be able to accomplish it instead of setting yourself up to fail because your eyes were bigger than your plate (which happens to the best of us). been lifting more consistenly and that feels really really great, and thats part of it, could pull something in my back, but with strength training that possibility is smaller, another premortem condition (getting hurt, ruins everything). big thing is setting up postiz, figuring out some content ideas (which i did explore yesterday, vocab based stuff since i do that anyway)
